Meyerton Engineering aspires to promote a workforce that is representative of the population demographics while also being suitably qualified individuals for the tasks at hand.
Our employment practices are aligned to the Employment Equity Act and Labour Relations Act. We established an Employment Equity consultation forum, which meets regularly to discuss relevant matters. Representatives on the forum liaise with their assigned groups to ensure transparency on matters with all employees.
We also adhere to the guidelines and by-laws set out by the Steel and Engineering Industries Federation of South Africa (SEIFSA) and also comply with the membership's requirements to MIBFA and MerSETA.
